We know you’re excited to start your journey. Our team works hard to process your order quickly and ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep.
A. Shipping Costs
Orders over $150: FREE Standard Shipping. (Most luggage and bundles qualify for this!)
Orders under $150: Flat rate of $15.00. (For accessories or single items.)
Note: Free shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous United States.
B. Processing & Delivery Times
Please allow time for us to prepare your order before it ships.
Order Processing: 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Estimated Transit Time: 3-7 business days via UPS or FedEx Ground.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time.
C. Where We Ship
Currently, OSO ships to:
- The 48 Contiguous United States.
- Washington, D.C.
We DO NOT currently ship to:
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Territories (due to high shipping costs for large items).
- PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses: Since our luggage is shipped via ground carriers (UPS/FedEx), we require a physical street address for delivery.
D. Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system.
You can track your order directly via the link in the email or on our website.
E. Lost or Stolen Packages
OSO is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing (e.g., stolen from a porch).
Tip: We recommend shipping your order to a secure location (like a business address) if you will not be home.
If your package is lost in transit (stuck/never delivered), please contact us immediately at service@osoluggage.com so we can file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement.
F. Damages in Transit
We pack our gear to withstand the journey, but accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged box and the product immediately.
- Contact us at service@osoluggage.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement for you right away.
